Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Cincinnati, OH)

Westbrook Maple Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Cincinnati, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
