Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Loom Property Management Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on unit turnovers and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
