Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Chicago, IL)

Nova Iron Property Management Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on resident events and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
