Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Summit Harbor Civic Services and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on case files and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
