Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Charlotte, NC)

Cedar Kestrel Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Charlotte, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
