Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge Corner Property Management is a Charlotte property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on vendor invoices and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
