Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Charlotte, NC)

Highbridge Maple Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
