Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Charlotte, NC)

Bluepeak Basin Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Charlotte. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on procurement and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
