Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Charlotte, NC)

Bluepeak Mill Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
