Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Charleston, SC)

Bluepeak Union Facilities is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
