Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Northwind Loom Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
