Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Buffalo, NY)

Summit Bright Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Buffalo, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
