Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Buffalo, NY)

Harborlight Birch Hospitality is a hospitality company in Buffalo with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 868 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
