Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Union Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
