Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Buffalo, NY)

Rivermark Ivory Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Buffalo with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
