Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Boston, MA)

Summit Fern Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Boston, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Boston. What you will do • Track spending on event logistics and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
