Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Loom Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people based in Boston. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
