Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Ashton Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Boise. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people based in Boise. What you will do • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
