Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Boise, ID)

Silverline Rook Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Boise. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 88 people based in Boise. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
