Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Baltimore, MD)

Nova Wren Arts Center Partners is a cultural organisation in Baltimore presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
