Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Baltimore, MD)

Rivermark Field Housing Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
