Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Baltimore, MD)

Amberfield Yarrow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Baltimore, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
