Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Hollow Arts Center and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Track spending on event logistics and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
