Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Summit Birch Civic Services and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on budget submissions and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
