Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Timber Property Management Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
