Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Austin, TX)

Ironwood Wren Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Austin, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on visitor services and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
