Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Austin, TX)

Highbridge West Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Austin, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 338 people based in Austin. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on visitor services and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
