Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Atlanta, GA)

Silverline Granite Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Atlanta, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
