Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Drift Facilities and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
