Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Atlanta, GA)

Summit Linden Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Atlanta area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
