Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Juniper Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on group events and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
