Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Atlanta, GA)

Cedar Beacon Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Atlanta. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
