Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Birch Arts Center Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
