Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Quill Facilities and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
