Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Atlanta, GA)

Cedar River Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Atlanta, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
