Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Atlanta, GA)

Summit Linden Hospitality is a hospitality company in Atlanta with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on supplier orders and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
