Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Highbridge North Property Management and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
