Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Anchorage, AK)

Highbridge North Property Management looks after rental homes across the Anchorage area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a large organisation of about 481 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on resident events and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
