Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Anchorage, AK)

Greenridge Timber Property Management manages apartment communities around Anchorage. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on vendor invoices and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
