Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Anchorage, AK)

Foxglove Wilder Property Management looks after rental homes across the Anchorage area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on unit turnovers and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
