Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Linden Hospitality Group and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
