Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Anchorage, AK)

Highbridge West Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Anchorage presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
