Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Silverline Orchard Arts Center and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on school partnerships and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
