Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Sable Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
