Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Albuquerque, NM)

Nova Nest Property Management is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on vendor invoices and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
