Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Albuquerque, NM)

Lumen Wren Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Albuquerque, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
