Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Albuquerque, NM)

Ironwood Umber Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Albuquerque, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on case files and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
