Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Rowan Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Albuquerque, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our safety inspections. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
