Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Silverline Vale Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be safety inspections. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Track spending on maintenance stores and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
