Facilities Coordinator - safety inspections (Albuquerque, NM)

Northwind Linden Facilities Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on safety inspections for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 649 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on contractor visits and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
